Hi everyone, I’m Dejah Smith—founder, formulator, and the heart behind Sincere Glow.

My journey into skincare began in 2018 driven by pure curiosity: I wanted to understand why skin behaves the way it does and how targeted ingredients can truly transform it. That passion led me to esthetics school, where I immersed myself in advanced skin science, medical-grade products, and ongoing industry education to deepen my clinical knowledge.

In 2021, my life changed when I became a mother. Following a major surgery, the strong medications I needed caused severe breakouts and compromised my skin barrier. Facing a personal skin crisis, I took my expertise into the lab to develop a solution for myself.

By combining esthetic science with potent, natural ingredients—like flaxseed, turmeric, mango butter, and nutrient-dense superfoods—I witnessed a complete transformation in my skin within weeks. Rebuilding my own barrier proved just how powerful thoughtful, nature-backed formulation can be.

A full refund to the original payment method is exclusively available only in the event that an order is officially lost in transit or arrives with verifiable manufacturing defects that were caused by the company. Do your products contain preservatives? Our dry formulations are 100% preservative-free by design. Because bacteria require water to grow, our anhydrous (waterless) powders stay fresh naturally. For our oil-based products, we prioritize stable, high-quality organic oils that maintain their integrity without harsh chemicals.

Are the ingredients organic? Yes. We source USDA Organic Spirulina and earth-derived clays. We believe in transparency and "The Anatomy of Less"—using fewer, higher-quality ingredients for maximum skin longevity.

Our Rosewater is a pure, steam-distilled hydrosol. Unlike "rose-scented" toners that use synthetic fragrances and alcohol, ours is 100% plant-derived. It maintains the natural pH of the rose, making it a gentle, anti-inflammatory powerhouse for your skin.

Do I need a preservative for Rosewater?

Since our Rosewater is a pure water-based botanical, we include a minimal, food-grade preservative system to ensure it stays fresh and free of bacteria. Because it lives in a spray bottle, this protection is essential for your safety and the product's longevity.

How do I use Rosewater with my Superfood Masque?
